A few terms & conditions:



1. The full balance must be paid before your event.

2. We reserve the right to request an additional insurance deposit which will be reimbursed after the event should there be no damage made to the photobooth. 

3. All Images may be used by Fun Photo Booth for promotional & marketing purposes.

4. If any part of the photobooth is damaged or stolen you will be liable for the full cost of repair/replacement.

5. We reserve the right to remove and delete any indecent images captured on the night without consent.

6. Only Fun PhotoBooth branded Images may be distributed on the Internet.

7. Copyright of all images remain the property of Fun PhotoBooth

8. Fun PhotoBooth images are for personal use only. 
Commercial use of Fun Photo Booth images is by agreement only.

9. Deposits paid are not refundable. 

10.  Photo booth attendants must be treated with respect at all times.
